    Mike Perkins just returned from another tour of the finest yards in Europe, including Benetti, and Abeking and Rasmussen, where he reports continuing and expanding success for the Quantum Controls QC stabilizer systems, based on the amazing ARC series of fully electronic controls built by Quantum Controls BV, our development and manufacturing group in Holland. In fact, Mike and Hans Ooms participated in a tank and model test at the prestigious Marin Institute in Holland, which conclusively validated that our active fin/on anchor system development work remains solidly on track, and opened up avenues for even further performance enhancements. What else would you expect from Quantum, with our world-famous reputation for quality and innovation?
