Quantum ZeroSpeed™ and OnAnchor™ technology and products continue to demonstrate the Quantum commitment to delivering only the best to our customers. Now, in partnership with Palladium Technologies, Inc, we're making the incredibly powerful and versatile Quantum Integrated Hydraulic System ever better. Palladium, famous for SiMON, the real-time vessel monitoring and control system, is developing a graphics-rich and user-friendly interface to provide sophisticated communication with Quantum Integrated Systems and ZeroSpeed™ and OnAnchor™ powerpacks.
John Barth, Quantum Marine Engineering's Controls Manager, has been working closely with Palladium on this exciting new development. “Palladium's graphic user interface is perfect for this application,” he says. “This provides complete system information, and can be viewed at multiple locations. We'll be able to provide our customers more information faster, and keep us both informed on status and conditions.” Michael Blake , SiMON's creator, said “now the captain and engineer can have Quantum's integrated system and powerpack monitoring and control information anywhere on the yacht or even remotely with the use of our wireless access system- one of the great benefits of Ethernet.” The sample screens on the right are current SiMON screens, for an idea of what the Quantum interface will look like.
