Today's yachts give you freedom as well as an instant tether to the rest of the business world.

Mine Games, a 164-foot aluminum Trinity yacht, made its world debut at the Fort Lauderdale Yacht Show. Because she was custom-built, Trinity wouldn't reveal her exact cost, saying only that it was somewhere between $35 million and $65 million. The devil is no doubt in the interior design details, which are significant.

The ship has three decks, five staterooms (all en suite, meaning they have their own bathrooms), and five cabins that can accommodate a crew of 10. The captain's quarters are elsewhere. Perhaps the most amazing feature of this truly beautiful boat is the owner's master stateroom, which (thanks to ZeroSpeed stabilization) is in the ship's bow, with a 180-degree panoramic view of the water ahead, a private sundeck and two en suite bathrooms.
Hand-finished wood paneling - burled maple, American cherry and figured bubinga - covers most of the interior walls, while the ceilings boast intricate inlaid marble medallions or hand-painted scenes of Tuscany. Formal and informal dining areas abound, and the granite and stainless steel galley would work just as well in a $30 million house.
The captain's quarters lie behind the boat's spacious bridge, which features six computer screens and plenty of seating room for those who want to learn more about operating the yacht. On the sundeck, there's a spa pool, a barbecue pit, a high-low table whose extension leaves can be stowed underneath it, a helicopter deck and a flat-screen satellite TV. (Every living area and stateroom has at least one of these TVs.)
The water toys on Mine Games include two jet skis and a small submarine, all of which are kept, with its 22-foot tender, out of sight in a compartment in the transom. The yacht's twin Caterpillar diesel engines (3,385 hp each) are in a pristine, soundproof room that's twice the size of a stateroom. Carrying 22,000 gallons of fuel, she can cruise for 3,000 miles at 13 knots.
